Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee the execution of all contract tasks and serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the government. The successful candidate will ensure the successful performance of all work under the contract and be responsible for day-to-day contract operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance of all contract work and serve as the primary point of contact with the government.
  • Supervise the execution of work, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with government stakeholders and provide updates as required.
  • Ensure the continuity and stability of workforce personnel supporting the contract's objectives.
  • Handle project management tasks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, to support the delivery of complex IT systems and services.
  • Act as the contractor's authorized representative on all matters relating to daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security clearance and personnel management policies, including overseeing contractor personnel's access to classified systems and networks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution.
  • 5+ years Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in IT services or government contracts.
  • Strong project management skills with familiarity in Agile, Waterfall, and related methodologies.
  • 3+ years Experience managing IT systems, including Oracle DBs, SQL Server, Linux, Windows, and cloud services.
  • PMP required.
  • Relevant certifications in information assurance or cybersecurity (e.g., CEH, CISSP, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
Clearance Requirements
  • MUST have an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
  • MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance.
