Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team at New West Building Company. This critical role will play a pivotal part in the company's success and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Foremen to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards.

• Collaborate with project teams to manage schedules, labor plans, and troubleshoot constructability issues.

• Implement and oversee company training programs for field personnel, including safety and equipment inspections.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Work closely with the Human Resources team to recruit, hire, train, and evaluate field employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with 5+ years in a Superintendent role.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Procore.

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret building and contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish language proficiency.

• OSHA 30 certification.

• Driver's license.
