Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at the Holistic Medical Center.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine their occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills and overall functionality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, goals, and home exercise programs.
  • Document patient progress accurately in compliance with medical standards.
  • Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving the facility.
  • Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy through ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • A valid Washington Occupational Therapy license.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth and staying informed about industry trends.

Estimated Salary Range: Based on location and experience, the estimated annual salary range is $96,800 - $120,960.
