Join Our Team as a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector

At Signature Companies, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented High Value Residential Insurance Inspector to join our team. As a Field Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting on-site property surveys, gathering data, and providing accurate reports to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site property surveys to gather data and information about high value homes.
  • Identify and document construction materials, characteristics, and unique features of the home.
  • Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property.
  • Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards.
  • Communicate the information gathered during on-site inspection in Loss Control 360 accessed through the Signature website.

Requirements:
  • Prior underwriting experience is desirable.
  • Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable.
  • Loss control experience is desirable.
  • Construction experience is desired, but not required.
  • A BA or BS degree is desired, but not required.
  • You must have a smartphone, tablet, and personal computer.
  • A late model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance are required.
  • High speed internet, a digital camera or smartphone with 16mp camera or greater, and measuring devices such as a laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel are required.
