Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Foreman

Job Summary:
Chesapeake Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to join our new construction division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Install pipes and fixtures per regulation
• Rough-in and install support pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
• Assemble fittings and valves for installation
• Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for projects
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-4 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license
• WSSC experience preferred
• Ability to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
• Must have tools and reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
