Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of up to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Job Description

This role is responsible for providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care. As an Endoscopy Nurse Specialist, you will:

  • Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
  • Educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post-treatment home care needs and medication administration.
  • Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family, or caregiver in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A nursing diploma or associate's degree.
  • No prior experience is required, but we do prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • A valid RN license.
