Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

We're seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for hunting, developing, and adding new supplying stores with key accounts, encompassing over 100 locations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discovery: Ask insightful questions to uncover client needs and opportunities.
  • Quarterbacking: Lead opportunities, guiding your teammates and clients with clarity and cohesion.
  • Deal Advancement: Move deals forward by influencing decisions and instilling a sense of urgency.
  • Negotiation: Navigate large-scale negotiations with confidence, handling objections and seeking mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure high-quality client engagement.
  • Organizational Skills: Document and manage resources to ensure successful launch and continued rollout of key partners.
  • Cool Cucumber: Thrive in the face of occasional ambiguity and love a challenge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hunting role, preferably account executive or sales development.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or CRM) preferred; accountability and demonstrated ability to effectively manage and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Polished, detail-oriented professional with a humble and collaborative attitude.
  • Data analysis skills to create performance reports and projections.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability, food waste reduction, and environmental issues.
  • Experience with value-based selling and/or MEDDICC methodology (preferred).
