Administration Officer/Senior Administration Officer

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Officer/Senior Administration Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain or build your experience within the public sector and contribute to primary industry development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the region, assisting the team in achieving departmental objectives.
  • Offer quality customer service to the regional office as required.
  • Perform general reception duties, including greeting and assisting clients and contractors.
  • Coordinate incoming telephone calls, mail distribution, and processing of accounts payables and receivables.
  • Assist with fleet management.
Availability:
