DBS Field Clinical Representative II

As a Field Clinical Representative for Deep Brain Stimulation, you'll play a critical role in driving sales revenue and achieving territory objectives in your assigned geography.
- With a passion for helping patients, a strategic mindset for advancing therapy in your local market, and the experience to support clinicians in complex cases, you'll cultivate a customer base, continuously prospect for new customers, and persuasively position our commercially approved products and services versus competitors.
- You'll develop key relationships with functional neurosurgeons, movement disorder clinicians, technicians, nurses, and patients, thriving within a high-achiever culture that's dedicated to solving the challenges that matter most.
- As a Field Clinical Representative, you'll demonstrate financial discipline and optimize resources at the territory level, understanding hospital buying processes for implantable devices and collaborating with sales leadership, Health Education & Reimbursement to achieve on-contract status at key accounts.
- You'll support complex neurosurgery cases, maintain composure in complex clinical situations, and lead local Health Care Provider training on device technology and device programming capability.
- With a strong understanding of local competitive conditions, you'll help Boston Scientific create access to our novel technology for patients in need, introducing innovative technology to functional neurosurgeons and movement disorder neurologists.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to define and develop new business opportunities within a defined geographic territory, working in a field-based sales position within the assigned territory, collaborating with other local Field Clinical Representatives, Therapy Consultants, and the Regional Business Director.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree, minimum 2+ years sales/clinical experience, and a strong understanding of medical device sales and/or clinical education experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or other related science field, as well as experience with functional neurosurgeons, Parkinson's Disease, movement disorders, physical therapy, registered nurse, surgical technician, or similar field.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This figure is an estimate and may vary based on various factors, including performance, industry standards, and company policies.
