Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Debt Relief Specialist to join our team at Lighthouse Financial Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping individuals and families achieve financial freedom through our debt settlement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine the best course of action for clients
  • Develop and implement customized debt settlement plans to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the debt settlement process
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client plans

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of debt settlement laws and regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
