Product Launch Manager

The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager plays a pivotal role in launching Apple's products on time, with high quality, and maximum customer availability. This position requires a dynamic and organized individual who can excel in program/project management, communicate effectively at all levels, and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the OEM operations team in planning and implementing development builds and new product ramps, driving ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and OEM teams, planning capacity and leading factory equipment budget, handling component readiness to ensure part availability, quality, and cost, communicating requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams, and influencing product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality.
Requirements
Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development, results-oriented and attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management, ability to travel up to 30-35%, technical expertise and prior OEM management experience, and a BS degree. Preferred qualifications include a Master's or MBA or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
