The Siegel Group is seeking a skilled Hospitality Specialist to join our team in the role of Room Preparation and Maintenance. This dynamic position involves ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned sections, adhering to Company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain occupied rooms, vacant rooms, and turnovers with consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of room openings and upcoming openings to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Monitor safety in guest rooms to ensure everything is sturdy and secure.
  • Organize and manage housekeeping supplies, labeling and disposing of them properly.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including shampooing carpets as required.
  • Meet timeliness standards for completing rooms and maintaining a log of finished work.
  • Inform management when rooms are ready for rental and prepare closing procedures for the next day.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 6 months of housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
Work Environment

Expect to work an average 8-hour shift, including weekends and holidays, 5 days a week. Comply with The Siegel Group uniform and hygiene policies in a fun, fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
