Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support our client's finance department in Wooster, OH. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
