Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Technology Support and Strategy Department. This full-time position reports to the Associate Director of Case Management Systems and Product Management and is responsible for assisting with the oversight, management, and success of our case management and enterprise application platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture and analyze needs, pain points, and processes;
  • Apply critical thinking skills to identify and recommend process improvements;
  • Utilize business analysis skills to translate captured information into functional requirements and specifications;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by conducting strategic planning sessions and cultivating professional relationships;
  • Work with software development personnel and external vendors to develop and deliver solutions, implementations, improvements, and integrations;
  • Track and oversee case management system and enterprise application change requests;
  • Maintain accurate records of platform contracts, licensing, purchase/subscription, and configuration information;
  • Ensure timely completion of software and licensing renewals;
  • Interface with Fiscal and Legal departments on contract matters;
  • Author updates and communicate feature releases and systems changes to staff;
  • Prepare communications relating to case management and software updates;
  • Assist with other assigned tasks as required by management;
  • Stay up-to-date with vendor platform and software updates and communicate these to IT management and stakeholders;

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or greater in computer science/information technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred;
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management and collaborating with stakeholders and development teams;
  • Proven experience managing software development lifecycle processes;
  • Demonstrable project and product management skills;
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies;
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with software platforms and integrations;
  • Experience working with case management systems and Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Agiloft, and Jira is preferred;
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a salary range of $98,500-$130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The Center for Justice Innovation provides an excellent benefits package, including comprehensive healthcare, dental coverage, vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts. We also offer a 403(b) retirement plan with a two-to-one employer contribution up to 5% and opportunities for professional growth and development.
