Job Responsibilities: As a U-Box Customer Care Representative, you will operate a flatbed truck and an 8000-pound propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift, loading and unloading storage containers onto the truck bed for delivery to storage facilities. You will transport cargo to and from specified destinations, preparing, receiving, and providing appropriate documentation for delivery or pickup of goods.

In addition to your mechanical skills, you must be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working outdoors, and can lift heavy loads, this could be the perfect job for you

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, based on industry standards and location.
