Competitive Salary Package:

We offer a highly competitive salary package that includes an estimated annual salary of $95,000 to $120,000, based on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the average cost of living in the Fort Worth suburbs, TX, where we operate our centers.

Job Description:

As a Lead Autism Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
  • Completing initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
  • Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Providing 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients
  • Leading and educating your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
  • Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values
  • Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Have at least 3 years of experience working with children with ASD
  • Hold a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
