Job Summary:
Clearway Health seeks an accomplished sales executive to execute our dynamic health system sales strategy. You will drive new client sales, provide support, and manage the pipeline. Your responsibilities include sales strategy development, contract execution, and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure.
  • Facilitate smooth client transitions from closed sales to implementation.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to expand market share partnerships.
  • Build and manage relationships with consultants, channel partners, and key contacts.
  • Assess potential clients and generate an active pipeline, exceeding the sales quota.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales goals.
  • Consult with prospects to gather insights and identify opportunities.
  • Lead compelling sales presentations to senior leaders.
  • Design client-focused sales strategies and craft compelling value propositions.
  • Be the driving force behind the entire sales process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain the customer relationship management program.
  • Offer feedback to corporate leadership to shape new product development.
  • Attend conferences to cultivate new relationships.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 4+ years of sales-related experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or hospital setting.
  • Exceptional executive presence and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in hospital and institutional sales.
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical planning.
  • Confidence, high energy, and self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, EMRs, and other pharmacy systems.


Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 per year

Travel Requirements:
Travel averages 40% of the time with increased travel for conferences.
