We are seeking an experienced High-Performance Systems Engineer to join our team at TWO95 International. This role will focus on delivering exceptional performance engineering expertise for our Big Data initiatives.

About the Role

As a High-Performance Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance systems that meet our business requirements. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our Big Data solutions are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance systems using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks in Java-related applications and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance issues.
  • Leverage profiling tools like Jprofiler and VisualVM to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with database administrators to optimize database performance.
  • Develop and maintain performance strategies, including capacity planning and queueing theory principles.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in high-performance systems engineering.
  • Expertise in performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace and APM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Java-related performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with profiling tools like Jprofiler and VisualVM.
  • Experience with load testing using LoadRunner.
  • Leadership experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
