Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at the Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - a DoubleTree by Hilton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our bar.

• Customer Service: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and delivering drinks with a smile.
• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve a range of conventional and unique cocktails, beer, and wine, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of spirits, beer, and wine, ordering and stocking as needed to ensure a seamless service.
• Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, supporting each other to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Customer Focus: Possess a strong emphasis on putting the guest first, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of service.
• Communication Skills: Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with colleagues and guests to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience: Prefer some experience working in the food and beverage industry, with a strong understanding of mixology and customer service principles.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
