Physiotherapist - Enhance Patient Lives in Southern Maine

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Southern Maine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Demonstrate knowledge and case management skills to coordinate client home care needs in collaboration with client, family, physician, other providers and pay sources towards outcomes promoting client independence and well-being.
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client's age, condition, and needs.
- Implement client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client/family.
- Bachelors, Masters and/or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current PT license in the State of Maine.
- Current CPR card required.
- 1-year Physical Therapy experience preferred. Home health experience preferred.
- A reliable car with insurance.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
