**Job Title:** Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. This is a direct support professional (DSP) position that requires acting as a caregiver for individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability, or an acquired brain injury (ABI or TBI).

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for providing support and care to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Providing personal care and assistance to clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Encouraging and supporting clients' participation in recreational activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
