Senior Veterinarian

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Veterinarian to lead our Community Medicine team at the ASPCA's Community Veterinary Clinic. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality veterinary care to underserved communities in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of veterinarians and support staff to provide expert veterinary care to patients in underserved areas.
- Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the Senior Medical Director and other stakeholders to achieve CM objectives.
- Provide training and mentorship to veterinarians and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Current New York State Department of Education Veterinary License.
- Minimum one year of experience in high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter.
- Fear Free Veterinary certification required within 60 days of hire.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent.
- A competitive salary range of $169,500 - $179,500.
