About the Role:
- As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

- You will also be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail sales or management
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
