With extensive training in Japanese-inspired head spa techniques, they bring a blend of advanced scalp therapies, holistic relaxation methods, and personalized care to every client.
As a Luxury Hair Therapist at Crown and Raine, you will provide exceptional services that exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Japanese-Inspired Head Spa Treatments: Deliver specialized head spa services, including scalp massages, deep cleansing, and conditioning treatments using our exclusive techniques and premium products.
- Client Consultations: Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs, answer questions, and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Tailored Services: Customize each session to meet individual client needs, focusing on relaxation, scalp health, and hair rejuvenation.
- Blow Dry Styling Options: Provide clients with a choice of three signature blow dry styles: sleek and straight, soft waves, or voluminous bounce, ensuring a polished finish to each session.
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that all equipment, tools, and stations are thoroughly sanitized and organized to maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Educating Clients on Hair Scalp Care: Share tips and recommend products for at-home care to help clients maintain scalp and hair health between visits.
- Creating a Luxurious Environment: Uphold our high standards of ambiance and customer service, ensuring clients feel pampered and comfortable from start to finish.
- Managing Scheduling and Client Records: Keep accurate records of each client's treatment history, preferences, and any special requests for personalized future visits.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A valid Cosmetology or Massage Therapy License is required.
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scalp treatments, hair care, or a related field; experience in Japanese-inspired head spa techniques is a plus.
- You are proficient in blow-drying techniques with an ability to create sleek, wavy, and voluminous styles that enhance the client's look.
- You have a strong understanding of hair and scalp health, including knowledge of products, ingredients, and treatments beneficial to various hair types and conditions.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive and luxurious client experience; ability to listen to client needs and adjust treatments accordingly.
- You have a high level of attention to detail to ensure precise, high-quality treatments and styling, as well as a clean and organized work environment.
- You can perform treatments for extended periods, including standing, bending, and using hands and arms repetitively.
- You embody our brand image with a polished, professional appearance and conduct.
- You are a team player, able to work collaboratively with other therapists and team members to maintain a supportive, cohesive environment focused on client satisfaction.
- You have a genuine interest in wellness, hair care, and providing relaxing, therapeutic experiences to clients.
- You are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
