Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on available account options for their retirement savings goals, including 401K and IRA products.
  • Help customers navigate the complexities of retirement planning and make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their unique financial needs and develop personalized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that customers receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside sales.
  • Current FINRA licenses and/or ability to successfully obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within corporate-established timelines and complete FINRA fingerprinting upon hire.
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to learn new information quickly and independently.
