At PRO EM National Event Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, face-to-face interactions, and referrals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic territory planning and management to meet sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, working efficiently with other team members to achieve company goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and consumer preferences to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
- Monitor and resolve customer issues, ensuring positive feedback and improved business relationships.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in the TENTING/ RENTAL industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong business development and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in an outside sales setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of persuasiveness and self-confidence.
- Ability to research and qualify new opportunities, with a strong understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Product knowledge and proficiency in using personal computer and inventory control software.
- Base salary $50,000, plus commission.
