With an uncapped commission structure, your earnings have no limits. We want someone who is eager to dive into our industry, share their knowledge, and bring fresh energy to RSC.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience. Preferred HVAC knowledge is a plus, but we are open to teaching the right person with the right attitude. Outside sales experience is also preferred, but not required.
