Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions and field activities
  • Act as liaison between customers and customer service personnel for problem resolution
  • Provide on-site customer communication and respond to inquiries regarding meter reading schedules and billing
  • Assist with maintaining mechanical, electrical, and piping systems for water and wastewater facilities
  • Constantly travel between worksites and work independently in various weather conditions

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of mechanical work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds, walk 10+ miles daily, and perform moderate to heavy physical demands
