Job Summary

As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to guests and team members.
  • Make detailed notes on each reservation to effectively communicate with guests about promotions and savings.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to guest reservations and check guests out after waxing services.
  • Assist with rebooking guests as needed.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $12, plus commission on Wax Pass sales.
  • The opportunity to earn an additional $10-$20 per hour based on sales performance.
  • A supportive team environment with regular check-ins from your Center Manager.

Requirements
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • No prior sales experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
