Salary: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus and Competitive Annual Incentive Bonus

The UnitedHealth Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Corpus Christi. As a Physical Therapist with Home Care Dimensions, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized physical therapy services to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

About the Role:

  • Provide medically prescribed physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Assess and evaluate patient's therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and develop a plan of care
  • Direct physical therapy treatment and instruct patients on proper techniques and exercises
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Active unrestricted state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid Texas driver's license and personal auto insurance coverage
  • Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and interpret complex medical information
