Key Responsibilities:

• Support Program Managers and Chief Engineers with tasks outside of direct technical scope.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Chief Engineers to develop detailed, resource-loaded project schedules.

• Maintain, manage, and modify project schedules to ensure optimal progress and timely delivery of results.

• Identify, communicate, and manage any gaps over the course of project execution that impact project goals.

• Serve as a key point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication and meeting expectations.

• Organize and lead meetings, teleconferences, and interactions within project teams, as well as between identified stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.

• Ensure timely submission of all contractual and internal deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of cost control measures and risk management matrices, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential issues.

• Facilitate resource management discussions, identifying and resolving gaps and solutions in resource availability, to ensure optimal project execution.

• Contribute to contract compliance and closeout, including documentation and lessons learned, to maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate change management processes, ensuring changes are timely identified, properly discussed, approved, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders, to maintain a smooth project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; Master's or MBA a plus.

• Strong interest and experience in project management, with proficiency in scheduling or other program management tools.

• High-level engineering or business background with formal PM education (PMI certificate) a plus.

• Excellent technical and business acumen, with the ability to effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project goals.

• Experience in cost control, risk management, and change management, with a proven track record of success in these areas.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear, concise, and effective communication.

• Big picture vision as well as detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project goals.
