Clinical Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our team at ColumbiaCare Services, a non-profit behavioral health agency. As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment services for individuals unable to stand trial.
About the Position:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health field, licensure as an Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist, and three years of post-graduate clinical experience. Preference will be given to candidates with management experience and ability to provide licensure supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment services
- Oversee clinical services and treatment provision within assigned regions
- Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities
- Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information

What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in mental health field
- Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (strongly preferred)
- Three years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Minimum one year of management/managerial experience (strongly preferred)
- If licensed, ability to provide licensure supervision (preferred)
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000. Work Schedule:
