Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a clinical leader in dialysis care. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
As a Nurse at DaVita, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
