Automotive Restoration Craftsman

Doug's Custom Paint & Body is a dynamic work environment that requires collaboration and teamwork to meet our clients' needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill this position as an Automotive Restoration Craftsman.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.

• Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, replacing, and upgrading various vehicle parts to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Diagnostic Testing: The Automotive Restoration Craftsman will perform diagnostic tests to identify any issues with the vehicle and implement necessary repairs.
• Safety Protocols: Adherence to all workplace safety requirements is crucial in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Preparation for Painting: The chosen candidate will prepare vehicles for painting by sanding and refinishing them to meet high-quality standards.

• Prior Experience: Previous experience as an auto body technician or related field is strongly preferred.
• Tool Proficiency: Ability to utilize a wide variety of car maintenance and repair tools effectively.
• Basic Technological and Mathematical Skills: Basic understanding of mathematical and technological concepts applicable to the role.
