Join Our Team as Principal Product Marketing Manager

This is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of a high-profile startup at its inception, with substantial upside potential. As our first marketing hire, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategies, developing messaging, informing our product roadmap, and executing product launches.

Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our leadership team to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and distribution channels.
  • Act as the voice of our customers, gathering market insights to inform our product development and prioritize feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with our CEO to conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Manage a range of marketing initiatives, including SEO, content generation, advertising, social media, and growth hacking.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners and oversee their contributions to our success.
  • As we grow, build and lead a high-performing product marketing team.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on product marketing and B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing GTM strategies, building cross-functional marketing programs, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve.
  • A strong desire to contribute to a dynamic startup culture, where collaboration, creativity, and experimentation are encouraged.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
