Firestop Sales Professional with a Focus on Customer Partnership

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Firestop Sales Professional to join our team at Hilti Corporation. This role involves building long-term, profitable relationships with customers in the firestopping industry, while also maintaining a strong understanding of installation methods, engineering judgments, and field experience.
Job DescriptionThis Firestop Sales Professional will be responsible for:
- Meeting with customers to understand their needs and provide value through customized solutions
- Utilizing Salesforce to track interactions and record sales progress
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and support
- Maintaining a valid driver's license and utilizing a company-provided vehicle to travel to customer sites
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
- Experience in the firestopping industry, including knowledge of installation methods and engineering judgments
- Excellent time and territory management skills, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
