IT Infrastructure Director

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available for an IT Infrastructure Director who will lead and oversee the direction of Company's IT Infrastructure, providing overall leadership, strategy implementation, and supervisory oversight. The ideal candidate will analyze, propose, develop, implement, update, maintain, educate, and report on strategies, processes, goals, and policies in the IT Infrastructure area.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of department goals and activities with corporate Vision, Mission, goals, and strategies.
• Engage in regular, consistent performance management, including coaching, teaching, appraising, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Experience leading large Infrastructure projects.
• Experience with work and change management systems.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical staff.
• Ability to teach area of expertise one-on-one and in small groups.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $98,957 - $146,935. A competitive benefits package will also be offered.
