Dynamic Occupational Therapy Professional Wanted for Resilient Healthcare

We are seeking a dedicated and client-centered Occupational Therapist to join our team at Resilient Healthcare. This role involves developing, recovering or maintaining daily living and work skills of individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.
About the Role:
- Deliver effective services that empower individuals to perform everyday tasks confidently and independently.
- Work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized plans to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Assess environments and recommend adaptations to promote accessibility and safety.
- Train clients and family members on adaptive equipment and techniques.
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas OT license and current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Proven experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in a PRN capacity.
- Excellent knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ADLs evaluation tools (e.g., Katz ADL scale, Lawton IADL scale).
- Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities and needs.
