Job Overview

This full-time Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) position offers a 4-5 day workweek with a balance of hands-on dentistry and patient care. We seek an experienced professional who is passionate about advancing their career and making a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional clinical patient services, including placing, contouring, and adjusting restorative materials in the oral cavity.
  • Assist dentists with various dental procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and sterilize operatories, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our patients.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and patients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A registered EFDA with the New Hampshire Board of Dental Examiners (NHDBDE).
  • Current BLS-HCP certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dental office, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000/year, guaranteed at $38.46/hour. Additionally, you'll be eligible for an 8% production-based incentive compensation, paid quarterly, which can lead to unlimited earning potential. Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) are included, allowing you to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
