Clinical Front Desk Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative to join our team at Health Images in Westminster. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
**Job Description:**
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to patients, answering phone calls, checking patients in/out, and ensuring accurate data entry. You will also be responsible for collecting co-pays, managing eRIS Center workflow, and staying up-to-date on carrier-related issues.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Answer inbound calls to the Center and provide a professional greeting to all patients and providers* Check scheduled patients in/out and ensure proper documentation is received from patients* Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles as necessary* Listen and resolve patient, provider, and customer complaints* Ensure accurate data entry for patient registration* Assist with medical records as needed* Manage eRIS Center workflow, including daily schedule, billing complete, priors grid, delinquent exams, waitlist, report delivery queues, and collection of TOS
**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of experience providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver with strong communication skills* Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately* Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment and continuously exceed company expectations* High school diploma or equivalent required* Ability to work in an outpatient clinical environment with minimal supervision
