About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to oversee a complex partnership with a nationally recognized health leader. You'll be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, working cross-functionally with Octave and our partner to prioritize, develop, maintain, and continuously deliver and improve upon the success of the partnership. Your work will have a direct impact on people's lives by scaling the availability and accessibility of quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-priority, complex program end-to-end: lead the program lifecycle that supports the partnership, including ideation, scoping, planning, execution, and results monitoring;
- Help prioritize and drive alignment of key projects and strategic initiatives, understanding how they map to partnership priorities and the impact they will have;
- Develop and foster strong relationships with our partner organization, serving as the primary liaison to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of mutual goals;
- Drive internal and external cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop creative solutions for some of the most complex issues in mental health today;
- Design and implement communications strategies for initiatives, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance, and ensure overall impact in relation to the program's desired outcomes and partnership goals;
- Own continuous improvement and explore new ideas during the course of the program to inform future opportunities;

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, and/or business operations. Experience in healthcare preferred;
- Program management: experience leading multi-disciplinary, cross-functional strategic operational initiatives from design through implementation;
- Strategic operator: demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution – able to get into the details without losing sight of the big picture – to help guide the efforts of all program stakeholders;
- Partnership management: experience managing and building external relationships, collaborating in service of meeting shared goals;
- Organization: highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities aligned to short and long-term objectives;
- Data analysis: comfortable collecting and interpreting data sets in order to answer questions, solve problems, or raise opportunities to leadership;
- Strong communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills, experienced in working with and presenting to executive leadership;

- Estimated salary range: $132,100 - $152,000 depending on location (zone 1: $132,100 - $142,600, zone 2: $145,300 - $156,900, zone 3: $152,000 - $164,000);
