Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex procedures in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, serology, microbiology, urinalysis, and phlebotomy.
- Obtain and receive specimens, perform clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures, understand method principles, perform quality control, perform preventative maintenance, and interpret results as to accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits.
- Work independently, organize work to meet established deadlines, record all data obtained, and maintain job competence.
- Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory procedures according to established standards and procedures, using proper technique and equipment in the performance of duties to assure biological and physical safety and accuracy.
