About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Office Manager to oversee staff members within our accounting offices, driving efficiency and accuracy in office/administrative operations. The successful candidate will analyze and organize procedures, ensuring all scheduled accounts are current and accurate.

Key responsibilities include reviewing reconciliation of general ledger accounts, performing month and year-end closes, and working closely with various departments. Strong internal control environment maintenance is crucial, as well as collaboration with HR/payroll specialists for accurate calculations.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Automotive Dealership Office Manager position, with dealership experience being essential. Ideal candidates possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage others effectively, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and dealership software.
