We are seeking a skilled Client Care Coordinator to support our behavioral health operations at our clinic locations. This role will involve managing client access to mental health and other treatment services, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for all clients.
  • Client Support: Assist clients in navigating our services, including scheduling appointments and managing payment accounts.
  • Crisis Management: Triage potential client crises and connect with managerial/clinical staff as needed.
  • Translation Services: Provide translation services for Spanish-speaking clientele.
  • Office Administration: Oversee the client waiting area, manage mail, and perform related administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent with specialized coursework in general office practices and computer skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish language skills required.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
