Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Genesis HealthCare, Inc. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and professional image of our nursing center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously, redirecting them as necessary.
  • Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and guests warmly, directing them to the appropriate areas.
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, ensuring timely delivery and processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by name/phone extension.
  • Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required
