Job Title: Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for overseeing personal injury cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive case reviews to determine the legitimacy of a claim and identify the liable parties.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather all necessary information and documentation related to their case.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation, including researching laws, regulations, and legal articles.
  • Work closely with attorneys to prepare for pleadings, motions, discovery, hearings, trials, and mediations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and information regarding their case status.
  • Ensure all case-related deadlines are met and all documents are properly filed.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel as necessary.
  • Create and maintain case management reports to track the progress of all cases and identify any potential issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar role within the legal industry.
  • A deep understanding of personal injury law and the ability to apply this knowledge to individual cases.
  • Strong legal research skills with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a large caseload and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent is a plus.
