Automation Systems Specialist

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer with expertise in designing, commissioning, and troubleshooting various systems, particularly in Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review electrical and hydraulic schematics, and piping and instrumentation diagrams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Design and draft electrical control systems using AutoCAD Electrical, incorporating industry best practices and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, ensuring clarity and accessibility for technicians and engineers.
- Calibrate instrumentation and perform quality control checks to ensure precision and reliability.
- Commission and troubleshoot electrical control, hydraulic lubricating, and water cooling systems, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven proficiency in Allen Bradley, with experience in Siemens considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning of control systems.
- Skilled in the use of AutoCAD Electrical for system design and drafting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Prior experience with hydraulic lubricating and water cooling systems is preferred.
