As a Retail Store Manager with Holiday Station Stores, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Job Description

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as flexible scheduling and paid comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and train employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Maintain Inventory: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and rotated.
  • Process Sales Transactions: Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, and that all cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Retail Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team of employees
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
