Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Tender Care ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ABA therapy treatment plans for children, providing supervision and training to staff, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide supervision and training to direct care staff on treatment protocols, data collection, and program implementation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, functional analyses, and design behavior intervention plans for clients.
- Design skill acquisition protocols to promote communication, social skills, independence, and behavior skill sets.
- Regularly review and analyze data to determine program and treatment outcomes, and train staff on correct data collection measures.
- Provide oversight to cases, staff, and family to ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and company-wide trainings as designated by supervisor and organization.
- Hold a certification as a BCBA or BCaBA and be in good standing with the BACB.
- Hold a COBA license.
- Experience with designing treatment protocols, behavior intervention plans, and skill acquisition programs using behavior analytic principles.
- Experience collaborating with other professionals and therapists to implement practices and principles of ABA in home, community, and school settings.
- Experience delivering direct instruction/implementation of skill & behavior protocols.
- Experience training staff, parents, and direct care workers in implementation of ABA.
- Completed the supervision and ethics requirements outlined by the BACB.
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid requirements.
- Competitive salary range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.
