Key Responsibilities:
• Grow the market share of HME products in defined geographic areas and exceed sales quotas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including clinical, technical, and economic stakeholders.
• Engage in cold calling and visits to prospects, setting appointments with hospital staff and administrators as needed.
• Manage leads and customers within defined territories, ensuring seamless ordering processes.
• Educate medical staff on the use and benefits of medical devices, providing product demonstrations and support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
• Analyze field sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to inform strategic planning and implementation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Biology, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry.
• Strong sales background, with a proven track record of performance and ability to learn medical device product platforms.
• Self-motivated, independent sales management skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Direct sales training and experience in the medical device industry are preferred, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to travel up to 25% is essential for this role.
